Edifício Orange: when a space becomes an experience

On 25 June, RAD opened the doors of the Edifício Orange, in Porto Salvo, for a gathering that brought together real estate, photography, music and networking.

More than presenting offices available for rent, we wanted to create an experience capable of revealing the building's potential in a different way. An experience lived inside the spaces themselves, amid conversations, images and new possibilities.

Spaces waiting for new stories

Located in a strategic business area, next to the A5 and close to the main business hubs of Oeiras, the Edifício Orange offers offices designed for companies seeking location, accessibility and flexibility.

The available areas, between 130 m² and 309 m², cater to different occupancy models, from more compact teams to growing companies.

The building also features private parking, 24-hour security and a prime location in Porto Salvo.

But an office is not defined by its square metres alone. It is defined by the people who occupy it, the ideas born there and the stories that begin to be built.

An event designed to bring the space to life

It was with this vision that an edition of RAD | Events was born. During the gathering, some of the available units were temporarily transformed into spaces of exhibition, gathering and discovery. Gil Ribeiro's photography took over the walls of the still-empty offices, creating a dialogue between architecture, image and place.

Under this concept, the exhibition invited each visitor to see the spaces not just as available offices, but as places with identity and potential.

Photography, music and networking

Throughout the late afternoon, guests, entrepreneurs, partners and real estate professionals had the chance to get to know the building in an informal, close-up setting.

Live music, catering and the various moments of conviviality contributed to a relaxed experience, where new conversations, connections and opportunities emerged.

The building stopped being merely the backdrop of the event. It became part of the experience. Each room, each window and each perspective over the surroundings helped reveal different ways of imagining the future of those spaces.

RAD | Events: presenting properties differently
